Bewitched and Bedazzled
Terms of Use
Please note, these terms are made to protect my rights and the rights and safety of my members.
At no time shall you share your login or password with anyone. My Word Press logs IP addresses, so if you plan on logging in from home and work, please email me and let me know.
Website owners who are caught infringing on the legal copyrights of another artist, or those who promote any racism, hatred and/or accusatory/defamatory comments about other sites, be it true or false, and/or display nudity, pornographic content of any kind, or any religious intolerance will not be accepted as members. Your application would be automatically denied and you would be removed from Bewitched and Bedazzled. You would forfeit your right to use any Bewitched and Bedazzled related content on your website.
I do not charge a licensing fee in order for you to sell your tutorial results (except mass productions). I feel that by paying for a membership, you have already paid that fee.
If you own a website, no matter how small, you are required to have a clickable text link or one of my membership logos on your site. Please be sure to link to http://bewitchedandbedazzled.com. I do not ask you to place this on every page of your site; just as long as someone can clearly see that you are a member of Bewitched and Bedazzled. A link on a memberships page is all that is required. Please only use my official member logos, do not make one of your own.
Once you have gained entrance to the Members Area, you have forfeited your rights for a refund. No exceptions.
Members are welcome to save my tutorials on their own computer hard-drive for offline use, but that does not mean that you can re-distribute them in any way or form.
I do update as often as I can. Since I work, I don’t have a set schedule for updates.
I will always post all news, information and updates in the Members Area. I will also do a group mail to all my members with all news, information and updates at Bewitched and Bedazzled.
It is in your own interest to make sure that the email address you provide to me is working and that your Spam Filter does not block my emails.
Tutorials
All tutorials, tutorial graphics and samples are copyrighted to Bewitched and Bedazzled (unless otherwise stated). You cannot take or use the sample graphics used in the tutorials. The tutorials are not to leave the site, transferred via electronic email, uploaded to another server or taken and changed for your own web site. If someone asks you to send them one of my tutorials because of a lost username or password, DO NOT SEND THE TUTORIAL! Do not send the tutorial even if you know the person to be a member at Bewitched and Bedazzled. Please email me at janetgail@gmail.com immediately!
You may not offer any naked doll bases created from Bewitched and Bedazzled tutorials. The dolls you create must be fully dressed and/or decorated.
You may not offer outlines with your tutorial results. You shall not claim my tutorials as your own work. You shall not claim my tutorials and offer them in a collection on your website or offer them on CD or disk. You shall not redistribute or post my tutorials anywhere on the internet, this includes parts, as a whole, or as attachment files. This includes mailing lists, news groups, message boards, forums, emails, etc.
Those who are caught stealing my tutorials will not only have their membership revoked, but they will also give up the right to use any graphics made from my tutorials.
You may create premades you sell in your shop. You may create graphics for commercial websites (yours or someone else's). You may create websets whether they are linkware or purchaseware. You may create gifts for your friends and customers. You may create OE Stationery or IM Letters. You may create any purchaseware like sig tags, banners, etc. You may create craft patterns, embroidery designs digitizing, printed paper materials, such as recipe cards, stationery, etc. (but NO mass productions).
You shall not offer the graphics you made for free (that does not include gifts for friends and adoptions you give out as linkware to promote your site).
Tutorials offered at Bewitched and Bedazzled are designed to help you learn how to make your own graphics. You are welcome just to follow the tutorial step by step (yes, even when you come up with the same result) and you are also welcome to play around with it (you are free to let your imagination run wild). You may say your results are "100% Mouse Drawn by You", but you may not claim originality for them.
Outline Terms
All outlines were made by me using my own original design ideas unless otherwise stated. They are not yours, so don't copy them and/or claim them as your own.
You must save the outlines to your on hard-drive. Do not link direct to my files. That is called hot-linking an it’s illegal.
You shall not claim my outlines as your own work. You shall not claim my outlines and offer them in a collection on your website or offer them on CD or disk. This includes mailing lists, news groups, message boards, forums, emails, etc.
You shall not just change my outlines a little bit and claim them as your own. You shall not take parts of my outlines, mix them with your own or other artists’ outlines and claim them as yours.
You shall not use my outlines for tutorials or part of tutorials. You may create premades you sell in your shop. You may create graphics for commercial websites (yours or someone else's). You may create websets whether they are linkware of purchaseware. You may create gifts for your friends and customers. You may create OE Stationery or IM Letters. You may create any purchaseware like sig tags, banners, etc. You may create craft patterns, embroidery designsdigitizing, printed paper materials, such as recipe cards, stationery, etc. (but NO mass productions). No tubes, no plain graphics. You must make a product out of the graphics.

Tubes
You may not make Tubes from your tutorial results or from my outlines without purchasing a Tube License from Bewitched and Bedazzled unless otherwise stated.
Tube Packs
You may not make tubes from any Tube Packs offered at Bewitched and Bedazzled. You may create premades you sell in your shop. You may create graphics for commercial websites (yours or someone else's). You may create websets whether they are linkware or purchaseware. You may create gifts for your friends and customers. You may create OE Stationery or IM Letters. No tubes, no plain graphics. You must make a product out of the graphics.
If you use any of the Tubes in any of the Tube Packs at Bewitched and Bedazzled, the Certificates that are included with all Tube Packs at Bewitched and Bedazzled must be posted on your website, if you have one, and linked back to Bewitched and Bedazzled. A credits or memberships page would be sufficient for this.
If you make websets from any of the Tube Packs at Bewitched and Bedazzled whether they are linkware or purchaseware, you must include the Certificate furnished with the Tube Pack on the first page of the web set you created. If you make OE Stationery or IM Letters, a text link is required back to Bewitched and Bedazzled and must be displayed at the bottom of the said stationery or letter.
If you wish to make Tubes from any of the artists featured at Bewitched and Bedazzled, you must contact that artist and follow that artist’s rules pertaining to making tubes from that artist’s outlines.
My Website
Please use the site and links exactly as they are intended to be used. All content including text is the property of Bewitched and Bedazzled (unless otherwise stated) and may not be taken from the site or direct linked to.
Application Requirements for Membership
In order to gain membership to Bewitched and Bedazzled, please follow the Join and Pricing link on the first page and choose which membership you wish to have by clicking on the proper Paypal button. I currently only accept payments made via Paypal. Sorry, no money orders are accepted. When I receive the paid receipt from Paypal, I will contact you. I will need your first and last name, the email address you want me to use to contact you and your website address. It is not required that you have a website to join Bewitched and Bedazzled.
By sending in your application to join Bewitched and Bedazzled, you have agreed to this legal binding contract whether you have read it or not.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
I reserve the right to change these terms at any time, without prior notice, so please re-read them from time to time.
